of the time, excellent work goes unnoticed, but I do not intend to have
that happen to Alejo.
Alejo
delivered to Linda and me a storage building today and we were sooooo
pleased with what he did for us. Not only did he do an excellent job
of setting up the building, but his professionalism, problem
resolution skills and speed with which he worked were exceptional.
I would go so far as to say that Alejo
epitomizes all that is good in an employee. Thanks for sending him

Dear Morgan Buildings "Last year I had a 14x28 building built on my
property. Well, a few
months later Hurricane Rita came to town. A tornado actually
touched down in my yard, and
the house next door had a 70 foot tall pine tree fall and crush it.
In my yard we had a very huge oak tree at the ripe old age of 157
years just snap like a twig!
Now to
my building: Can you believe
that the building withstood winds over 140 mph for hours, and all it
did was push it off the leveling blocks about 6 inches back? Of course I have several dings and dents from trees,
trash cans, birds and
so on, but the building is
great! We have had several

problems I expressed in my letter to you about our Spa.
Your response showed us that Morgan Spas does stand behind their products and the problems we were having was local and not company-wide. The technician called in to discuss the problems and promised he would have everything on his truck to make the necessary repairs. He also stated that he would be at our home between a two-hour window and he arrived on time as promised. The repair was made in less than one-half hour, the panel changed and reset as requested. I was amazed that it totally destroyed his mobile home, but did not destroy the Morgan building. A neighbor said that a 10 foot wall of water is what destroyed the mobile home, so that means that this Morgan building survived a 10 foot wall of water.
